Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging (for hygiene reasons, worn face coverings can't be returned).

To start a return, email aiverslui9@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refunded. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund – no need to send anything back.
